Summer Blush ELF & NARS

E.L.F's Blush In Glow

Blush is something most of us use so we don't look like zombies when we have created the perfect base with our foundation. Blush is one of the things that you can get in all kind of shapes, forms, consistency and colors. I have a lot of different kind of blushes and I have to say that there a lot more out there that I wish I had just because they look so pretty. 

The other day I  had just put my foundation and was looking through my blushes to see which one I would like to wear. I have had this love hate relationship with the famous Orgasm from NARS, it's like some times I love the finish it gives on my cheek and other times I think it just looks like I blowed glitter all over my cheeks. So I was looking at my NARS blush when I saw that my E.L.F blush in Glow was right next to it. So I decided to take the E.LF one and I just fell in love with it right there when it hit my cheeks. It gave the most beautiful glow on my cheeks. I started using this blush everyday and it gave the same beautiful glow everyday, and then I started to think about my NARS blush that was right next to this one dollar blush. 

I think that they have some kind of similarities, but if you watch Emily Noels dupe blush video then she won't agree and it isn't completely a match, but I do think that they come to have a very look a like finish when you both apply them, just the thing that I like Glow every time I apply it, whereas I'm not always crazy about orgasm.

Orgasm is a really beautiful blush sometimes I just think that there is way too much glitter in it, and it makes me look like a disco ball, which I don't like. Glow is really beautiful when you are a bit tan which means that it perfect for summer. I haven't done a review for neither of these blushes, but I'm sure of that when I have used up Glow from ELF then I will buy it again, where as when it comes to the NARS Orgasm then I'm not sure. Not only is it a lot of money for a blush (that last for a long time, but its still just a blush), but I don't like everytime I apply it. Sometimes I kind of wish I didn't apply it because all that comes of is just glitter. 

But thing is that sometimes you really shouldn't listen to the hype around products, and then on the other hand you should, because when I apply the NARS blush and it looks good then I love, because it also have this amazing glow when it doesn't only look like you applied glitter. All in all then I have to say that the ELF one for me at least gives the best glow, but if you a make upholic, but you don't have a lot of money to spend right now, then look into the ELF blushes because they are really good, and then if you get a bit more money later on and just really want to try the NARS Orgasm then do it, because when it looks good, then it looks damn good. 

Expensive doesn't always mean that it is the best product, that I think is awesome, have a good day :) 

E.L.F Corrective Concealer

I have some redness on my cheeks which sometimes can be hard to cover with just foundation, because it just comes through so strongly. So I finally found a thing that could help me hide the redness that I have on my cheeks, the wonder that not everybody understands...The green concealer! 

I watch a lot of Youtube videos and I have heard a lot of people say that they didn't understand the green concealer or that you shouldn't because your foundation should cover that. The thing is your foundation isn't always covering it. I also have to say that the rest of my face is pretty clear and doesn't have a lot to cover so I don't want to walk around like I have 5 tons of make up on my face, because of my redness that I have on my cheeks... NO way! 

So I started to use Goshes green concealer which I bought about 3 times, because it did the job perfectly. Then I tried the one from Wet & Wild, which is cheaper and just as good as the one from Gosh so I of course switched to that one. Then I wanted to try the ELF one because they have a lot of good products for a good price. 

BUT this is not one of them. This corrective concealer is so thin and doesn't cover a thing. It doesn't have a good coverage at all, I know it's not supposed to be seen through your foundation so you look like somebody from Wicked, but it does have to cover the redness which it didn't. I also like to use this on blemishes if they get red then just cover them so the redness goes away and then you can hide the green with the foundation, but this isn't even able to do that. 

You weren't able to see it even had touch my skin, and as you can see then I have used a lot of the green, but it hasn't covered a thing. 

The rest of the colors that are in the this pallet are just as poor quality, it doesn't cover a thing either and they are corrective concealers, but they don't correct anything at all, so I know its fairly cheap, but then I rather spend a bit more money and then get a products that I don't have to use tons off and even when I use tons of it is still doesn't work. 

Not a product that I will buy again I can assure you, but luckily it wasn't a product that costed  a ton of money.

Super BB Triple functions Cream From SKIN79 (Bright PINK)

So BB cream is a big thing right now, and not so long ago I reviewed the Garnier BB cream which all in all is a tinted moisturizer. The Garnier BB cream was the first BB cream that I ever tried, but after I tried that one I had to try a "real" BB cream. So I searched on Youtube to see what kind of Brands that have BB creams I should go after. So I found SKIN79 they have this pink BB cream called ´Super+ Beblesh Balm (BB) Triple functions´ and if you are really into BB creams, then you must have heard about this BB cream. It is one of the most sold BB creams, which is why picked that one to try. I also found a another BB cream that I had to try, but I will make another review about that one, since I haven't really tried it out yet. 

I chose not to use both of the BB creams that I got on the same period of time, because then I wouldn't know what effects the they had on the long term. 

When I started to this BB cream from SKIN79 I started to have a lot of break outs on my forehead, which was kind of weird because I normally don't have a lot of break outs. I just kept on using it, and I think that it did have an effect on these blemishes. The BB cream made them less red and made them disappear a bit faster than normal, but I have to say it didn't made wonder, but I did see an effect. Now I have been using this BB cream for a while and I really like it. I don't know if it has been doing a big difference to my skin, but I do see some changes. My skin is not as red as it used to be, well it is still red, but when I apply the BB cream it calms it down, and makes it less noticeable. 

This BB Cream from SKIN79 ´Super+ Beblesh Balm (BB) Triple functions´  has as it says in the name triple functions.

It claims to:

Wrinkel improvement 

On the back of the tube it says:

  "It is a 3 effects functional Beblesh balm. By Adenosine and Arbutin ingredients which are effective in whitening, wrinkles improvement cultivate more bright and elastic skin. 

Intercept ultraviolet rays UV A and B at the same time and protect your skin exposed from the sun more thoroughly. 

OSMOPUR  ingredient of new concept which are Mixed Sunflower, Rice Bran, Ivy Extracts protect skin from various harmful conditions. 

Directions: Use it proper quantity on the area of your face like patting at the last step of skin care. " 

This BB cream has some claims and I don't know if it does keep does claims, but it does have an effect on the skin I was able to see that with my redness that I have on my cheeks.

I really like the BB itself, the way it feels and the way that it applies to your face is lovely. This BB cream does cover better than the one from Garnier. This one can start out with looking a bit ashy on your face, but it changes as it starts blending with your skin color. I have love using this BB cream in the summer, because it is so light to wear. I  normally just apply if after my skin routine and then sometimes I like to take my bronzer instead of my powder and then lightly swipe it over, it gives the most lovely bronzed look, without it looking like you are wearing loads of make up. 

The lasting effect is okay I would say, I have only had the change to try it out in warm weather so I can't say how it will work in the winter. It does last on your skin for a while, and I normally just touch up one time wich is in the evening if I have to go somewhere otherwise I just leave it as it is. The best thing about this BB cream is that its so easy to touch up with and work with. If I have touch up I just pump a little bit onto my fingers and then I apply it to where I need to be touched up and I don't even have to add powder after because it just matches the skin so well, even if I used bronzer. 

I  apply it with my fingers, because I think that is the easies way to do it, and it gives a good result and a very natural result. I did have problem with my skin in the beginning, but I don't anymore, my skin has never been better than it is right now, but I don't know if its because of the BB cream. Even if this BB cream didn't do a thing for my skin I would still use it, because its just so light and easy to use. I do think it has made some changes to my skin, but its not a wonder cream, it takes time. 

This BB cream is the one I reach for everyday when I do my make up and I really love using it. I would defiantly say that you should try this BB cream if you are a BB cream lover and if you like a light/ medium coverage, but if you only use full coverage foundation then you could use this under your foundation. 

This is a good product and everybody that is on the BB cult should try it out, because it is one of the better BB creams.
