YoungBlood Natural Mineral Loose Foundation

I live in Europe which means that I get around to some other brands then the people in the states do, even though I would switch with them, because they have so much to choose from and it isn't near as expensive as her in Europe. Anyway I have one brand that was one of the first brands that I started using when I started using make up and that Brand is Youngblood. I haven't heard anybody really talk about that brand before, which is a shame, but it is a really good brand it is expensive, but I think it's worth the money well at least this product is according to me. 

The product that I want to talk about today is a powder foundation from Youngblood, which is really good, for people who's just starting to use make up, because it gives a good result and it last for a long time, so you don't have to spend money it all the time, but only once in a while.

It's a Natural Mineral Loose Foundation and I use the color Tawnee. I have been using this product for about 4 years now and I really love it. In the beginning this was the only thing I used everyday and it lasted me for over a year, and the quality keeps being good. I really love the way it blends into the skin, because it doesn't look powdery or anything like that. It looks very natural, and it's so easy to work with  , I use my Nilens Jord diamond kabuki brush which is really good as well. 

I love using this when my skin is behaving good and I don't have too many blemish that I want to cover  like crazy, but it's a good thing to use to even your skin tone out and get a beautiful skin. 

It is expensive, but it lasts for a long time, and it is worth the money when you ask me, I have repurchased this about 3 times and I still love it. Right now I'm more into trying new things, but I still have this one for when everything else fails because I know how good it is and I simply just love it :) 

It also last a long time on your skin, and it also easy to put in your bag and then just have it with you refreshen your face, and then your ready to go again, because it's not difficult to apply.

Summer Blush ELF & NARS

E.L.F's Blush In Glow

Blush is something most of us use so we don't look like zombies when we have created the perfect base with our foundation. Blush is one of the things that you can get in all kind of shapes, forms, consistency and colors. I have a lot of different kind of blushes and I have to say that there a lot more out there that I wish I had just because they look so pretty. 

The other day I  had just put my foundation and was looking through my blushes to see which one I would like to wear. I have had this love hate relationship with the famous Orgasm from NARS, it's like some times I love the finish it gives on my cheek and other times I think it just looks like I blowed glitter all over my cheeks. So I was looking at my NARS blush when I saw that my E.L.F blush in Glow was right next to it. So I decided to take the E.LF one and I just fell in love with it right there when it hit my cheeks. It gave the most beautiful glow on my cheeks. I started using this blush everyday and it gave the same beautiful glow everyday, and then I started to think about my NARS blush that was right next to this one dollar blush. 

I think that they have some kind of similarities, but if you watch Emily Noels dupe blush video then she won't agree and it isn't completely a match, but I do think that they come to have a very look a like finish when you both apply them, just the thing that I like Glow every time I apply it, whereas I'm not always crazy about orgasm. 

NARS Orgams
Peachy/Gold/Pinkish

Orgasm is a really beautiful blush sometimes I just think that there is way too much glitter in it, and it makes me look like a disco ball, which I don't like. Glow is really beautiful when you are a bit tan which means that it perfect for summer. I haven't done a review for neither of these blushes, but I'm sure of that when I have used up Glow from ELF then I will buy it again, where as when it comes to the NARS Orgasm then I'm not sure. Not only is it a lot of money for a blush (that last for a long time, but its still just a blush), but I don't like everytime I apply it. Sometimes I kind of wish I didn't apply it because all that comes of is just glitter. 

But thing is that sometimes you really shouldn't listen to the hype around products, and then on the other hand you should, because when I apply the NARS blush and it looks good then I love, because it also have this amazing glow when it doesn't only look like you applied glitter. All in all then I have to say that the ELF one for me at least gives the best glow, but if you a make upholic, but you don't have a lot of money to spend right now, then look into the ELF blushes because they are really good, and then if you get a bit more money later on and just really want to try the NARS Orgasm then do it, because when it looks good, then it looks damn good. 

Expensive doesn't always mean that it is the best product, that I think is awesome, have a good day :) 

Burberry Sheer Eye Shadow

So lately there has been popping a lot Burberry make up, up in the different kind of reviews and youtube videos, which kind of reminded me that I have this little palette from Burberry that I have hidden away and totally forgotten about. I thought that now might be a good time to stop hiding it and make a small review about it. 

 The palette as contains four different colors and it's called Sheer eye Shadow Pearl Grey No. 03. 

These colors are sheer when you apply them, but they are also build able which is lovely because you can use them to create a lot of different looks, some stronger than others. I know that Emilynoel83 has just made a video about metallic neutral shadows and this little palette would have fitted in perfect, because it does have a metallic finish which is really beautiful. 


The shadows are really easy to work with and they have a beautiful soft texture which is just lovely to touch and work with. As you can see in the picture above then it have a sprong applicator with and it also has a nice mirror with it as well.


Then we finally come to the important part of the review the colors it selves. I took a close up of the shadows so you really could see them and their metallic finish.

I'm sorry they aren't as pretty as they used to be, but you can still see the pattern in some of them.


If we start at the left corner with the beautiful creamy pearly white highlighter, it is a really nice highlighter it will pop beautifully in the corner of your eye.


The color next to the creamy white is a pretty rosa color with a golden glitter, except there isn't any  junks of glitter in them so its more a golden metallic finish in it, which is really pretty.


Below the  rosa golden pink is a brown/golden kind of color, which is also very beautiful. 


At last we have this dark brown/copper color which is really pretty on the eyes, you just have to control it so it won't look like you have been crying your eyes out for days, because it has the ability to do the same thing as if you wear to much pink eye shadow and you look like you have been crying for days, so just keep that in mind.


I have created a look with this palette and on one eye I have only a neutral primer under and on the other I have a NYX Jumbo eye pencil in oyster under the eye shadow to make it pop more and I don't know if you can see it but on my right eye is the eye where I'm wearing the NYX jumbo pencil under in Oyster which is a lavender color and on my left eye I'm wearing the neutral primer from Estee Lauder. 

On my right eye the pink pops a bit more than it does on my left eye. You also get to see the metallic finish that these eye shadows has. They look beautiful on the eyes, but then again I would like to bring up emilynoel83 who has a video about metallic neutrals and to find a cheaper alternative then check out her videos because she is amazing.


I have to say that the golden/brown and the cooper/  dark brown reminds too much of each other when you apply them, which is kind of sad, because both of them are so pretty, but when you start to apply them then they blend into each and it feels like you are only wearing of them even though you are wearing both of them. I always think that it is the golden color that disappears, and I haven't found a way to make them work without them looking like the same color. 

I have taken some swatches, but I don't know how good they are, but here you can kind of see that the two dark colors look a lot a like, which they shouldn't, because they don't in the palette and why would you pay for the two same colors.


I don't know if this is something that you just got to have, because it isn't that special then I think that burberry has a lot of other products that are worth trying out, than this one. You can find a lot of colors that looks like these, which is just as good, so I wouldn't waste my money on this one, I would wait until I found something else that had a more WOW effect than this one does. It's good quality, but it's nothing special that you can't find somewhere else.
